Yasmin has 24 years of experience in the field of Talent Management and Development with 10 years in a generalist role and 14 years as a consultant.
As a Human Resource practitioner and solutions’ provider Yasmin specializes in a wide spectrum of Talent Management and Talent Development practices. Having facilitated programs for more than 8000 participants Yasmin has designed and developed numerous learning and development curriculums as learning solutions for various business models. Yasmin was instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of the Management and Leadership Development series for the service industry. She was also involved in the research and implementation of Multi Skills and Manpower Efficiency Benchmarking for the service industry and has presented various papers on the subject. Through her tenure as a consultant Yasmin has provided business partners strategic solutions for organizations to explore their competitive edge, business growth and talents’ prospects, potentials and gaps. Solutions such as L&D initiatives, HR Consulting, business alignments and rebranding were implemented for clients in Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei, Myanmar, Australia and New Zealand.

Rizleen Mustafa is currently pursuing her Master in Counseling at Open University, Kuala Lumpur. Rizleen has 12 years of working experience in the financial industry and has been in the Human Resource field specializing in Recruitment, Organizational Development and General HR.
Rizleen specialises in providing Strategic HR solutions to both multinational as well as local organizations. Rizleen was part of the Steering Committee for a company-wide restructuring for a local financial institution.
